NON-CUSTODIAL WALLET FUNCTIONALITYUnless expressly stated otherwise for a future service, FRIST TIME FT operates on a non-custodial basis with respect to connected user wallets.Connecting or verifying a wallet does not transfer ownership or control of the wallet or its digital assets to FRIST TIME FT.Users retain control of their wallets and remain responsible for their digital assets.FRIST TIME FT generally cannot:• recover a lost private key;

DAILY REWARD CLAIMSEligible users may be able to claim FT Rewards through the daily claim functionality available in the App.A daily reward claim is subject to the eligibility rules and cooldown period enforced by the Rewards system.A claim should be considered successfully recorded only when it has been accepted and confirmed by the FRIST TIME FT backend.Pressing the claim button, losing internet connectivity during a request, or seeing a temporary local interface state does not by itself guarantee that a claim was successfully recorded.Users should verify the claim status displayed by the App.7. DAILY CLAIM COOLDOWNThe Rewards system may require a cooldown period between successful daily claims.The current system may use a period of approximately:24 HOURSbetween eligible daily claims.The App may display information showing whether a claim is:• Ready;
• subject to an active cooldown;
• unavailable because of an eligibility or security restriction.Cooldown eligibility is determined using applicable backend records and timestamps.A timer displayed locally in the App is provided for convenience.Where there is a temporary difference between a local timer and the verified backend state, the backend state will normally determine current eligibility, subject to correction of genuine technical errors.8. PENDING REWARDSSuccessfully recorded Rewards may accumulate as a pending FT reward balance.The App may display the amount of FT currently recorded as pending.A pending reward balance may remain subject to:• wallet verification;
• device-wallet security controls;
• anti-abuse checks;
• correction of duplicate processing;
• correction of genuine technical errors;
• applicable withdrawal requirements.FRIST TIME FT does not intend to remove validly earned Rewards arbitrarily.However, a balance created through fraud, duplicate processing, deliberate exploitation or a confirmed technical error may be corrected.Because Rewards may be denominated in FT, the fiat-market value of a pending balance may change significantly.9. PERIODIC / MONTHLY WITHDRAWALSThe Rewards system may allow eligible users to request withdrawal of accumulated Rewards after the applicable withdrawal cooldown has been satisfied.The current system may use a withdrawal period of approximately:30 DAYSbetween eligible withdrawals.The App may display a status such as:• Available;
• Cooldown;
• Pending;
• Processing;
• Completed;
• Restricted.A user should not assume that a withdrawal is completed merely because a request has been submitted.Eligibility and withdrawal status may be determined by the FRIST TIME FT backend and applicable security checks.10. WITHDRAWAL REQUESTS AND QUEUEA valid withdrawal request may enter a processing or administrative queue before an FT transfer is completed.A withdrawal request may be reviewed for matters including:• wallet eligibility;
• device eligibility;
• pending reward balance;
• claim history;
• duplicate activity;
• suspected automated farming;
• suspected manipulation or abuse;
• technical inconsistencies.Submission of a withdrawal request does not mean that an on-chain transaction has already occurred.Processing may require reasonable time because of:• security checks;

11. ANTI-ABUSE RULESFRIST TIME FT may use reasonable technical and operational controls to protect the Rewards system from fraud, duplicate claims and artificial reward farming.Users must not attempt to obtain Rewards through methods that violate the intended rules of the system.Prohibited conduct may include:• using multiple wallets to circumvent a one-device restriction;
• manipulating or spoofing device identifiers;
• circumventing claim or withdrawal cooldowns;
• submitting duplicate or fraudulent claims;
• modifying the App to bypass eligibility checks;
• manipulating backend requests;
• exploiting software vulnerabilities;
• creating artificial activity to obtain additional Rewards.FRIST TIME FT may investigate activity that reasonably appears inconsistent with normal Rewards use.12. BOTS, SCRIPTS AND AUTOMATIONUnless expressly authorised by FRIST TIME FT, users must not use automated systems to obtain Rewards.Prohibited methods may include:• bots;

• macros;
• automated clickers;
• modified clients;
• automated API requests designed to claim Rewards;
• emulators or virtual devices used to create artificial reward eligibility.Use of an emulator for legitimate software testing does not automatically constitute abuse.However, using emulators, virtual devices or automation to create multiple artificial reward identities or obtain Rewards beyond the intended limits is prohibited.13. INVALID, DUPLICATE AND FRAUDULENT CLAIMSA Reward does not become valid merely because a software error or manipulated request causes an amount to appear in the App.FRIST TIME FT may reject, correct or remove Reward entries where there is reasonable evidence that they resulted from:• duplicate processing;
• fraudulent activity;
• automated farming;
• device or wallet manipulation;
• deliberate exploitation of a software vulnerability;
• an identifiable technical or administrative error;
• failure to satisfy applicable eligibility requirements.Validly earned and correctly recorded Rewards should not be removed arbitrarily.Where a genuine technical error affects a legitimate user, FRIST TIME FT may review the relevant backend records and take reasonable corrective action.14. REWARD RESTRICTIONS, SUSPENSION AND REVIEWFRIST TIME FT may temporarily restrict Rewards functionality where reasonably necessary to investigate:• suspected fraud;

• security incidents;

16. FT VALUE AND BLOCKCHAIN SETTLEMENTFRIST TIME FT Rewards may be denominated and paid in FT.The market value of FT may change significantly.FRIST TIME FT does not guarantee:• any minimum FT price;

• continuous FT liquidity;
• that FT can be sold at a particular price;
